CUSAI 7s

Well done to all the lads who recently took part in the CUSAI All-Ireland 7s competiton out in NUIM Barnhall RFC. For our first ever competition we did really well, narrowly losing to DCU in the final of the Plate. Sadly the Omagh 7s competition has been postponed due to Ulster Rugby getting to the HC Semi Final. Hopefully we'll be able to enter a team if this is rescheduled.

First 7s match...well we finally did it. Had a good run out against the lads up in DCU. Good craic and we learned a lot from it. Robbie Hudson (4) and Morvan Le Gec the scorers. Well done lads we'll get another game over the next week or so.

7s Tournaments 2012 - We are / will be entered into the following tournaments‎ CUSAI 7S COMPETITION - NUI MAYNOOTH - WEDNESDAY 18TH APRIL 2012 OMAGH 7S COMPETITON - OMAGH RFC - SATURDAY 28THY APRIL 2012 Next few week are important in terms of training, drills and working together as a team. Make sure you attend training.

Busy Busy...

Lads, you're entered into 3 competitions so far.. CUSAI, Omagh and St Marys RFC League. Will keep you busy. I suppose I should try and organise the Clonliffe Cup 2012 while you are all on Mid term break. Will keep you informed. Enjoy the break.

7s training begins in MDI

Big thanks to Bernard Jackman and Caleb Morrisson for agreeing to take the lads through their paces in time for the 7s competitons next year. Really enjoyable sessions and already got a few good tips.
